1. High expansion polystyrene molding die
Structure: It is a mold for forming foam packaging materials of various desired shapes by using expandable polystyrene (beads composed of polystyrene and foaming agent).

2. Blister mold

3. Pressure molding die
Structure: It includes two types of structural molds, compression molding and injection molding. They are a kind of mold mainly used to form thermosetting plastics, and the corresponding equipment is a pressure molding machine.
Principle: The compression molding method heats the mold to the molding temperature (generally 103 ° 108 °) according to the characteristics of the plastic, and then puts the measured pressed plastic powder into the mold cavity and the feeding chamber, and closes the mold. Under the action of high heat and high pressure. After a period of time the viscous stream is softened and cured and shaped to the desired product shape. Unlike injection molding and compression molding, there is no separate feed chamber. Prior to molding, the mold is first closed and the plastic is preheated to viscous flow in the feed chamber. Under the action of pressure, it is extruded into the mold cavity and hardened.
The compression molding mold is mainly composed of cavity, feeding cavity, guiding mechanism, pushing parts, heating system, etc.
Application: Widely used to encapsulate electrical components. The material used to make the compression molding is substantially the same as that of the injection mold.
