In the process of mold processing, there are several methods of processing and molding, including plastic molding, die casting, stamping molding, drawing molding, extrusion molding, ordinary die forging and so on, so what kind of process methods are specific.

Stamping forming: Stamping process is the use of die to make the material separation or deformation, so as to obtain the processing method of parts. Stamping can obtain parts with complex shapes, high precision and good surface quality, while high productivity and low cost. Stamping can be mainly divided into separation process and molding process. The separation process includes punching, blanking, trimming, trimming and other methods. The forming process includes deep drawing, bending, bulging, flanging and adjusting, etc.

Plastic molding: plastic molding process is under the action of pressure, the powder or private flow of plastic in the mold molding, to obtain the required shape and size of plastic products. Plastic molding can be divided into molding, extrusion molding, injection molding and other process methods.

Extrusion molding: The extrusion process is to place the metal material in the extrusion model cavity, apply strong pressure at one end, and the material deforms under the three-way force state, and flows out of the die hole at one end to obtain parts of different shapes.

Die-casting molding: Die-casting process is a process in which molten metal is injected into the die-casting mold cavity at a certain pressure and solidified under pressure to form a casting. According to the relative movement direction of punch and material, extrusion can be divided into forward extrusion, reverse extrusion, compound extrusion and radial extrusion. According to the billet temperature, can be divided into cold extrusion, hot extrusion and warm extrusion. The shape of the extruded parts can be very complex, the accuracy is good, and the surface roughness value is low, the mechanical properties are good, the material utilization rate is high (up to 70%), and there is a high productivity.

Ordinary die forging: Ordinary die forging includes tender forging and hot forging. Emblem forging is divided into cold emblem, warm emblem and hot emblem. The ordinary die forging process is to place the heated or unheated metal blank in the mold cavity. Under the action of impact force or pressure, the manufacturer's technical personnel will change the geometry of the metal through a special process to obtain a forging consistent with the cavity.
